What is Foxy Fitness Dynamic Core Training?
Foxy Fitness utilizes a dynamic style of training combining functional movement, core stabilization, and multi-joint strength training in fun, intensity-tailored exercise circuits. 
  
    -- Functional training can be thought of us  as movements you use in your daily life/activities
    -- Core exercise focuses on the deep stabilizing muscles of the abdominal wall:
        Rectus abdominus, internal obliques, hip flexors/extensors, extensor muscles in the back and glutes.
    -- Multi-Joint Movements:  Strength Training exercises that utilizes multiple muscle groups at the same time, encouraging core         stabilization and cardiovascular endurance.  Example:  Squat/Curl/Press, Push-Up with knee-in. 

Foxy Fitness combines these elements and kicks up the intensity with fat-burning cardio and dynamic exercise combinations.  This style of exercise leads to overall fitness improvement including endurance and strength, better posture and balance, weight-loss, fat-loss, and increased lean muscle mass.
